Looks like we'll be getting a Harley/Killer Frost full treatment. Sadly it looks to be mixed in with Joker's electroshock therapy... a bit gruesome. We don't get to see a close up of either villainess' face but one can assume they're wearing the same bit-gag as shown on Deadshot.
