Akane Maniax eps 2 and 3

We have DiD scenes from a spinoff OVA of an eroge adaption called Rumble Hearts with a plot kind of sort of like Sucker Punch but with more robots. First up is episode 2, in the next episode preview chibi versions of the two main female leads get wrapped and gagged with brown tape by characters I assume are from the main series around 27:00.

Then we have episode 3 where the main male lead goes on one of his delusions complete with the titular heroine pole tied, it starts at 7:00, but you don't get a good shot until 11:15. 15:05 also has a brief mummified scene with a female teacher.

Episode three has a similar ending.... Guest cameo by Meia from Muv Luv? Actually I wonder (one Wikipedia search later) oh wow, this OVA, the series it span off from, and Muv Luv all had their games made by the same company. Stranger yet this spinoff had its own eroge, go figure. Actually.... (one MAL search later) oh wow, Jouji is one of the few characters NOT from Muv Luv.... All this continuity between these three franchises and I had no idea about it. As the local /m/ geek I am a little ashamed I never caught this until now.

Huh? I saw Fighbird references in this before seeing Gundam, let alone Dozle Zabi.
