So in this episode of Dime a Dollar Kouichi returns from what is assumed to be the home world/dimension of the Penguin Empire and made modifications to his cockpit, specifically a mechanism that restrains Kyouko... Except we do not get to see said restraints and the editing is choppy on that bit.
I thought my roommate was over reacting when he called this series lazy (although using the same monster of the week four different episodes is stupid as hell), but after seeing this? I cannot argue with that notion now. This episode also has the stupidest rape joke ever.

This series really is scraping the bottom of the barrel BAD.
Part of the blame can go to Funimation thinking "oh our audience will understand enough Japanese to get the puns." There is a time and a place for translator notes, this is one of those times!
Well the series ended today and we still don't have a view on her hand restraints if any. Not to worry, I put in a special request on the /a/ draw boards.
