I don't know. I guess since the studio that made these kind of cartoons are not worry about copyright laws or something like that. You should have seen Coonskin and Heavy Traffic; talk about movies with sex, violence, and kind of racist drawn characters.

The scene with the testicle soldiers preparing for battle and climbing ladders reminded me of some kind of messed up version of the "Wizard Mickey" skit with the enchanted brooms.

I had no idea what I was getting into when I clicked that link. I wanna say I was surprised or gave two shits, but I think browsing Gelbooru desensitized me. Watching the Feast trilogy does not help either.
