Anime Sightings Old and New - Yozakura Quartet 2

Post by wc2bmalin »

Here's the latest in my continuing series of minor sightings. BTW, I'm not doing this to boost the number of my postings (no, really!) but with the hope that it might save somebody the trouble of checking later on.

The second season of Yozakura Quartet, Hana no Uta, has the following scenes:

Episode #2, around 2:30 - nun wrapped with rope (comic relief scene, not really DID)

Episode #5, around 11:00 - girl cocooned in bandages (likewise)

Episode #9, around 1:30 - girl even more heavily cocooned in bandages (likewise)

Episode #10, around 15:30 - girl has arms tied overhead with ghostly filaments. Then, starting around 21:15, a double DID: one girl pinned to a wall, arms outstretched, with these filaments and a nurse tied to a hospital bed with more. The former doesn't last long but the latter continues into episode #11 for a considerable stretch. During this time the nurse manages to sit up so we can appreciate her wrists tied behind her.

There's also a scene in a Yozakura Quartet "OAD," Hoshi no Umi. In episode #1, around 21:30, a crook tries to tie up a nun.

Another OAD, Tsuki ni Naku, does not have any DID scenes. Also, I don't remember any DID scenes in the first TV season of Yozakura Quartet, but it's been long enough since I've seen it that I can't be sure.

She's not only a nun, but an earth goddess and the crooks really didn't know who they were messing with

Yozakura Quartet is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me.

Keep up the good work.
