An old but classic scene from one of the Dick Tracy shorts that were featured in the cartoon series "Archie's TV funnies." Been hunting this scene down for years with almost no luck until I found this on youtube. It might not feature the full episode and the sound sucks....not to mention the annoying "manamana" soundtrack the poster included for no apparent reason. Anyway, the scene begins around the 3:40 mark.
