I was sure all the DID scenes in the various Patlabor series had been documented long ago. But recently I discovered a scene in the TV series that I had repeatedly overlooked, because it's of the "blink and you'll miss it" variety. In episode #44, around 20:45, an ugly old lady supervillain is taken into custody. But instead of snapping on handcuffs she has a generous amount of rope wrapped around her torso.
