Anime Sightings Old and New - Lupin III

I had assumed that all the DID scenes in a show as old as Lupin III were documented long ago. But I watched a number of episodes recently and noticed about half a dozen that I hadn't known about. These are in the second TV series - i.e. Lupin wearing a red sportcoat - that is sometimes identified as Lupin the 3rd Part II.

Episode #28, around 18:00 - A policewoman working with Inspector Zenigata is found tied up on the floor of Lupin's hideout. (Actually it's Goemon in disguise. But he's pretty convincing as a woman!)

#29, 14:00 - Fujiko is lassoed and shortly afterward chained to a wall.

#41, 19:15 - ugly witch tied up

#46, 22:15 - a group of female criminals is handcuffed, arms in front.

#49, 19:00 - Fujiko and a woman in an evening gown are thoroughly roped up and dangled over a pit of snakes. Afterwards the latter runs away, still tied but with less rope.

#50, 22:15 - Fujiko is chained to a wall by one arm. This continues into episode #51 around 5:15 and 9:45.

Huh. I always thought his red jacket was his natural design and the other jacket was some redesign like Shaggys red shirt or Barts blue shirt.

According to the Wikipedia, red is the default color for the manga. In anime, however, the sportcoat is green in the first series and The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, red in the second series and most of the movies, and pink in the third series.

Fujiko also gets a DID scene in "The Plot of the Fuma Clan" OVA

She is spying on the Fuma Clan who have stolen a vase which leads to a hidden treasure, she finds herself surronded by guards and the next scene she is tied and thrown to the floor inside the hideout. They then put the vase on her head to annoy her and leave her tied to a pole while they go and look for the treasure. She manages to knock out her guard (while tied and unable to see!) and escape

I havent seen the episode by Myazaki called "Albatross Wings of Death" she is shown wrist chained on board an airplane (dont know who did this or why though)

Also regarding the jackets, Green was the first season & woman called fujiko mine, red for the second, pink for the third and blue for a new series starting soon. The red and green alternate in the movies/OVA's also

A new Lupin III series? I don't know what I expected since the show is a cash cow. What's old is new once again. Maybe I should give that show a chance if I have nothing better to do.
