Girl handcuffed in the movie National Security

[Hypercat-Z]

I just saw it on TV. In the 2003 movie National Security there's a girl handcuffed in her orange undies. I just catched the last bit of the scene, so I don't know if she was gagged before and, goddamn, I can't find the full movie on Internet.
