to me it looks like one of the Lupin III specials, based on the design of the characters

First of all, sorry that i forgot in the previous post: Good job Crashwarp on finding it.

Yep I was right in one point, the series is called Monkey Punch Manga Katsudo Dai Shashin - Mankatsu and it's made by the same guy who does Lupin III. Actually this series is older than it seem's from the picture, it aired between 2004-2005, it has 12 eps.

The damsels name is Maria and the scene is from ep 1. On youtube there are only 6 eps posted.

Ep 5 has a short but nice gag scene.

The funny thing about this series is that here the main guy get's more sexual satisfaction than Lupin in his series.

Awesome! Never knew about this series but it definitely has that same Monkey Punch look as Lupin III. These two gag scenes we know so far are great! I especially like that #5 one. So cute!

Let's hope the other half of the series has some more goodies like this!

Well i found the other 6 eps, in fact all the 12 eps on one site, but i don't know how to download them because they use rutube streams and those are a problem for me.
