Anime Sightings Old and New - City Hunter 2

I found two scenes in the second season of City Hunter that I don't believe have been pointed out before, possibly because both are so short (or possibly because neither involves a gag).

Episode #13, around 22:30 - a lady dentist is roped to a post.

Episode #17, around 11:15 - Saeko the lady detective is roped to a chair.

And another quick scene, this time in episode #159. Around 16:15 there's a glimpse of a woman roped up in her underwear, and shortly after there's a slightly longer view of a woman minus her trousers roped with her arms to her side and suspended face down.
