A 90s show about a squad that battle evil by moving on hoverboards. The team only has one female character called Kim who gets into many peril situations.

1x02: Death paint
At 10:08, Kim is briefly gagged while trying to infiltrate a house. She is later gassed and captured on a room. Later, while one of the villains is holding her she escapes and transforms into a Skysurfer. At 15:35, she is wrapped in chains by Chronozoid and brought to Cybron. She later manages to tackle Chronozoid and free herself from the chains.

1x05: Titan of terror
At 8:42, Kim is captured and tied up with chains on her hands behind her back.

At 12:57, a woman is shown tied by roped around her waist. She is later on saved by Skysurfer 3.

At 16:48, a woman is tied up back to back to a man at waist level with rope. They are later on reacued by the Skysurfers.

If you link to the scenes or image uploads then it goes to the Animation Section. If you only have information about a scene then it goes into DiD Alerts. Hope that clears things up!
