Laserion

In ep 39, Olivia, the main character's love interest has her hands chained above head and she is strung up from the ceiling of the ship of the aliens she's captive of. Screenshots coming soon.

I haven't finished checking out the series yet but I doubt there's another DiD somewhere.

There's also the implied bound and gagged scene of Olivia where you only hear her mumbling but she is frees herself off-screen and you never see her tied up at all. I forgot which episode, though. Forgettable and disappointing.

It's probably in the same batch of episodes where she's captured by the aliens but your description alone put me off on checking. Like, seriously, that's the first time I ever read something like that and it's fucking cheap, even in the shortest DiD scenes they at least give you A GLIMPSE of the captured character :S

Man, Aquarionoid may have been finding all the good stuff but mecha anime-wise I have been very unlucky (and this may easily be the worst of them all by that scene description alone). The anime itself is also very forgettable IMHO, no wonder nobody remembers it. Here in Italy it was aired in the late 80s on some minor channels but they stopped the dub at episode 26 and it was reran very, very few times.

Oh no I've known about the scenes you all are talking about (BTW Daikin the episode you're thinking of is 19 and you can see a cloth gag around her neck). I don't bring them up for the same reason I didn't for Albegas episode 42, Dunbine episode 21, Steam Detectives episode 2, B-Fighter Kabuto episode 15, and a plethora of others; DiDs in question are too young and I NOPE out of alerting them.

Oh, yeah, I forgot, DiDs in mecha anime are often way too young for me to be confortable liking them.
And I also checked back on that episode is Laserion, and man, that was disappointing. They could have spent 5 seconds more of footage for showing us her struggle and mmmmph in her ropes and gag, but I guess the episode had to be finished fast for broadcast :|

Did Arbegas have a scene? I remember checking the series to see what I could find of the series if Mizuki got one, but found jackshit.

EDIT: Oh, wait, so Mizuki's the one in episode 42! Just that so you know definition of "too young for comfort" is literal children, most protagonists in old mecha anime could easily pass as young adults IMHO.

Huh, I didn't have that perception while watching the anime. She looked like another teen-who-looks-like-an-adult to me.

Even if people are bothered about girls being "too young", the least you can do is give an episode alert, so others can search and edit the clips themselves.
