In this latest issue of TMNT: Saturday Morning Adventures (a comic based in the continuity of the 1987 TMNT cartoon, specifically between seasons seven and eight), the villainess Tempestra gets her arms bound to her sides with a wire by Michelangelo and the rest of the Ninja Turtles (and Casey Jones).

https://readcomicsonline.ru/comic/teena ... 2023/22/20 (Still bound, the Turtles goad her into summoning a thunderbolt.)
https://readcomicsonline.ru/comic/teena ... 2023/22/21 (Thanks to Donnie's plan, Tempestra zaps herself with her own energy.)
https://readcomicsonline.ru/comic/teena ... 2023/22/22 (No bondage but the final page where Don explains this is not a "bad ending." Tempestra is a living video game character who is made of energy. The zap just dispersed her energy and Tempestra will eventually reassemble herself. It's like when Ganon got zapped in the Legend of Zelda cartoon.)
For those keeping track, this is two scenes in a row, not including several other scenes in earlier issues, which have likely been posted in earlier threads. This volume seems to be delivering!
