In this 3 part ova i have the surprise the main girl Sakuya get a really nice scene with her tied to a chair (hands and foot) with some really good shots , not a one full shot of her but still we see good view of all including her hands back tied and also good struggle , also is there a sack tied scene in the first ova but i am lazy to put that

Yes, she is a girl and that's the scene sawxd posted in the OP. The rest of the series, as Spydarefox said, is HEAVILY GiD. I have to admit though, it's a bit hard for me to understand who is a boy and who is a girl due to how the characters are drawn.
