I never cared much for GI Joe, but the tough and hot women on the show always struck a chord with me and I noticed that there are some scenes of the 80s animated series that are not reported anywhere, nor on Grimbor's DiD website nor here.

Season 2 is HEAVILY putzified, to the point that there are entire episodes where there are no female characters whatsoever. These are the only two scenes that I know.

I never understand why people have issues with "putz" or males being tied up. There isn't any rule saying only women have to be bound and gagged, held hostage, or captured. Honestly, the DiD vs GiD debate reminds me a lot of the Java vs Bedrock debate of Minecraft.

Look, I get most people tend to prefer females especially since DiD has been widespread compared to GiD, but people shouldn't make it a big deal whenever a scene includes a male character tied up, either with or without a woman.

I didn't make it a big deal, but I have personal preferences and I don't like it when both a man and a woman are tied up together and the man is given 90% of the focus. I don't think I'm imposing my opinion anyone by writing how I feel about scene X or Y and I sure hope I'm not sounding like I'm doing that.

Surprised it wasn't mentioned, but Haul Down the Heavens has a scene where a female scientist is found bound and tape-gagged so Baroness can take her place.
