Recently released Netflix series based on the Splinter Cell Books/games staring and older Sam Fisher being pulled out of retirement to work with a new agent named McKenna after her partner dies.
End of Episode 5 she's captured and we see her getting pulled into a van with a bag over her head. Start of the next episode she's tied to a chair and the bag gets taken off revealing she's gagged with a single strip of white duct tape. It's taken off so the guy who killed her partner can start interrogating her, but she remains tied up. He then knocks her out and she awakens with her hands tied above her head, hanging from the ceiling. Haven't been able to find screencaps or clips on not-Netflix.
(Content warning: If you watch the entire episode there is blood, violence, torture, and some fairly gruesome deaths)
EDIT: Found a recap video on Youtube that has a brief shot of her gagged: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NKor-rzYgM @ 1:12
