Splinter Cell:Deathwatch

[uhu]

In the 6th episode ("The Man is the Mission") of the Netflix animated series based on the famous video game, one of the main protagonists, Zinnia McKenna (basically a black woman who took Sam Fisher's job after he became in a very american way old, fat, and retired) gets captured, and is seen with a bag over her head in the back of the van, presumably tied up (restrains unseen).
She is later "unbagged', and we see her with a tape gag for around 8 seconds, before the bad guy ungags her. Her hands are bound, and hanged over her head.
She gets later beaten on, then burned a bit on her with heated iron (it is however not gory or very graphic, mostly hidden), until she frees herself and kills her captor (this time in a real gory and graphic way...)
The graphic team behind the animation seems to be the same as the Tomb Raider adaptation FYI.

Won't watch it personally. But anyhow. Thanks for the info.
