Anyone knows where this is from? I've seeing this pic around from years, but I've never tracked the media it is from. Google Image gives jackshit and the guy on the Deviantart post never bothered to respond.

for sure it is Chinese. i need to check my drive for live videos as I think i have the clip. also if you want to reverse image search something I use yandex it is far greater than google

Reverse searching gave me zilch, but it came out with this scene where teo women are tied in what I suppose is the same way at this one (at least the top part of the bindings look to be in the same position).

Good scene, but could have been better with some less focus on the putz and more mmmphing by the woman (and if they had focused on the face during the regagging). Damn, does she look great cleavegagged, that rag's pulled in so tight that it squishes her cheeks! Wonder what her name is...

I think I'll skip around through the whole thing to see if there's anything else.
