Another "girl(s) and horse(s) with bad guys" movie, similar to Princess and the Pony, complete with its own kidnapping scene. The actresses are 9 and 10/11 years old. (One actress was born in October 1985, and the movie was released in September 1995. The other actress was born in May 1984.)
55:25 is when the two girls get captured.
58:40 is when we see them tied to chairs inside a shack. The bindings are cloth strips, around their ankles tying them to the chair legs, knees tying them to the chair legs, and wrists tying them to the sides of the chair back. They struggle. Then there's teasing of the bad guys from the kids. "If you kill us, you won't get the ransom money, STUPID. Didn't they teach you that at kidnapping college?"
1:04:55 is when the scene returns to them with some struggling, as one of the girls gets her hand free, then unties herself and the other girl. The kidnapper comes back to see them free, but this time he stays with them as they sit down, untied.
Eventually one escapes, the other is pushed along outside not tied, and is eventually rescued.
Unlike the kidnapping in Princess and the Pony which takes itself more seriously, the kidnapping in this movie is played for laughs.
