This 2010 movie goes by two titles, the more common being Princess and the Pony, which is also the title that makes more sense. The other is 1st Furry Valentine, which is just bizarre and doesn't match the plot at all!
The actresses were born in 1999, and the movie was released in either 2010 or January 2011, depending on sources. So they were 10 or 11 most likely at time of filming.
The scene actually begins with Princess Evelyn discovering evidence of what the bad guys who were looking for her were using to try to find her - which includes a list of every kid in her class with all names crossed out except one (the name of the other girl, Becky), a photo of Becky, who was mistakenly kidnapped instead of Princess Evelyn, and even two pictures of numerous knots. Seriously. Like, implying the bad guys were trying to learn how to tie someone up?! Interesting.
The actual tying is Becky tied to a chair with her feet to the chair legs, hands behind her back, and gagged with a cloth over the mouth, and Evelyn tied standing to a pole with her hands behind the pole. Both girls are threatened with a gun, and while it's not a fully dramatic, emotionally realistic scene, they both cry a little.
Becky even gets close-ups of her bindings - close-up of her bound hands, and later, a close-up of her bound feet. The rope around Evelyn's hands can be seen at one point while she fakes having an asthma attack to get the kidnapper to untie her, and a close-up of her hands as he does.
There are many face close-ups else well, both before the girl tied to the chair has her gag removed, and afterwards, focusing on the emotion of the scene.
