She's cleave gagged with one of those cloths rolled into a band tied tightly between the lips to obstruct making noise and you can tell since she makes very short mmphs that sound like she's grunting rather than the long ones made with you are otm/otn gagged.

Found another scene in the game where she gets kidnapped by bandits and the scene is at 45:27. This one is even better since she is not only tied up but she is otm gagged in this one where you get to hear the gag be removed by Inuyasha. It shows her being ungagged. Yeah, I know. it's great to know that she got some love in the RPG game in 2001 and you rarely get two full treatments in a game.
