Anyone can get the scene from the show "Eagle Sam"?

I wish I could offer better news this time around, but everything I said there still seems to apply. This show is one of the most frustratingly difficult animes to find.
It's really at the highest tier of rarity and I doubt we'll ever see the scene in motion without a Japanese dvd release. 
Unfortunately, there probably isn't much demand for one over there given that this show was just about a silly little eagle mascot created to promote the Olympic Games. The one hope for that I could see might be in an Olympic year if a company thinks the hype around the event might help to sell a box-set of the show. Otherwise I really doubt it'll ever get a dvd release. 
What's really the biggest problem in finding this show though is the fact that as far as I can tell, it was only broadcast in Japan and not in any other countries. Or maybe it was, but I've never seen another language title for the show anywhere except the English one, which is just a direct translation. It never aired in America though. This really, really hurts the chances of finding it because unlike so many other anime shows that got exported to other countries, we don't have a bunch of alternate language versions to search for it in. That's the biggest difference from this and other animes as far as the rarity factor: its apparent Japan-only exclusivity. If we could somehow dig up another language title for it, that might change the whole search, but I'm afraid none exist.
But for the time being, I can at least offer all three caps of this scene which I saved from the ancient "Gag & Boots" Japanese site they appeared on over a decade ago, along with a little ad poster thingy showing Sam and Karina Canary (or is it Canary Karina?) that was posted with them way back when:

It's a shame that this series is so impossible to find because it had 51 episodes. That's enough to provide plenty of opportunity for more DiD scenes of Karina even beyond this one, so there could be more for her. In fact, we don't even know for sure that this little OTS carry scene is the full extent of this scene. It's possible there could be more to it. The guy who made "Gag & Boots" tended not to make very many caps for most scenes. He generally gave you just enough to get a taste of the scene but he didn't necessarily cover every single frame of every gag scene. I know there's been a few scenes that I first saw there, and then many years later when I finally saw videos of them, there were a few extra angles and shots of the DiD in the scene that hadn't been covered by his caps. Karate Baka Ichidai ep 25, Hello! Sandybell ep 39, and I think also the Tiger Mask II scene from ep 28 were all some like this I believe, where he didn't show the full scene in caps, just a few highlights. So I'm definitely not guaranteeing that there could be more to the Eagle Sam scene, but I am saying that it's fully within the realm of possibility.

Well at least we have more than 1 cap. Maybe the show is on nicovids but it's restricted to Japan only

Yeah when caps of it do exist someone saw the whole episode somewhere. This could mean that there are at least a few episodes out there. In the end it's hard to search in such a foreign language like japanese. You never really know on what kinda page you're on. It's too bad that the show has never been translated into spanish or italian. Those guys really like to put their shows online completely. I still have hope that this show will pop up somewhere and will be found. If this ever happens we can just cross our fingers that this is not the only scene. Imagine you go through the whole show just to recoqnize there is only like a 3 second frame showing her gagged and that's it for the whole series. It's not like it never happened before. On the other hand it's hard not to get hyped about it just by looking at this cute lil damsel. In the end it could be a DID goldmine but a big bust aswell. I learned from the pain in this case. Anyway I am still positive that we will find it sometime and it's full of DID.

Well actually Nicovideo isn't restricted to Japan-only, or at least it wasn't the last time I used it, but it's been a few years since I needed to get anything off of there. The only catch is you have to register for an account with that place or you can't actually watch the videos. When I signed up several years back it was free and it probably still is. Just use something like the translate feature on Google toolbar to translate the pages so you can understand what they're asking you for the registration questions. They'll send you an e-mail link to confirm the account, then you just have to sign-in everytime on their page with your e-mail or username and password. I've always been able to see the videos on there after signing-in, and I could always download them with Orbit Downloader.Maybe the show is on nicovids but it's restricted to Japan only
All that being said, I still doubt they would have Eagle Sam on there now.
It's just as rare as rare gets. Well those caps came from a Japanese site called "Gag & Boots" that has been long-dead and gone since the early 2000's. I've managed to save them over all these years through cd/dvd/blu-ray back-ups but those are the only images of the scene that have ever appeared on the web, to my knowledge. So yes, someone did see the whole episode, but it was the Japanese guy who had the scene on tape and posted those caps to his site in the first place. I think his name or handle might have been Eddy Shuziko or Eddy Shizuko, but I could be wrong. Unfortunately, it's probably impossible to even contact him now. If he is still active in the online DiD community somewhere, there might be a chance if we could get him to post the video online. As far as videos for this series, I've seen exactly one full episode that's ever been posted online. There was one on Youtube a few years back and I checked it but it didn't have any DiD. Other than that, all you're gonna find is clips of the opening and ending or short clips.

So this show only aired in Japan? I mean if it ran on the american television I would have a good feeling about this one. Otherwise we could just hope that some japenese dude taped it and has the desire to upload it somewhere and even then it would not be easy to find.
