Oh yeah this is that King Kong cartoon/anime series from the 60's. I've wondered about this one before and nearly bought a couple of dvds for it several times from Amazon.com. There were two volumes that were released:

The sad thing is these only have about 4 episodes (or stories) each I think, for 8 total. Unfortunately, they didn't sell well enough for the company to continue releasing dvds of the show, and they stopped at volume 2. So the vast majority of the series remains unreleased on DVD, at least in North America. As you can see on the from the episode list shown here though, there were many more Kong eps/stories than that: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_King_Kong_Show" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; *(The middle ones are the titles of Tom Thumb stories though).

I doubt very much that this entire series has ever been checked by anyone, so there could still be more potential here for other scenes with Susan. It's one of those shows that is extremely old and rare and very hard to come by. Those eps are all almost certainly ripped from the dvds that were released. Otherwise, I would imagine sources for most of this show are damn near impossible to come by. It was televised in Japan too though, so there might be some hope for a dvd release over there. I've never heard that there was one, but maybe sometime down the road there could be.

A pity the the DVD run ended abruptly, kind of reminded me of the COPS DVD when the wouldn't release vol. 2
