It's about a cat who daydreams that he becomes many different heroes and has various adventures. These are always parodies of other famous characters or shows like Batman, Tarzan, The Lone Ranger, Robin Hood, and Star Trek. He always saves the day by defeating his IRL nemesis, the bulldog Tyrone, and sometimes this also involves rescuing his girlfriend, a cute, white female cat named Felicia.
I went home to visit my family recently and found they are now getting a new channel on Dish Network called KTV (Kid's TV) that airs this show. I managed to see a couple episodes with some small DiD scenes in them, but unfortunately I couldn't capture the scenes and I don't even have cable right now so I don't get that channel. However, I searched on Youtube and found that there are also some episodes of this show available online, although sadly I haven't found any in English yet. - Felicia has a caged scene at the beginning and near the end she has a scene where she's tied to a big metal ball suspended from the ceiling. I saw the English version of this one when I was home and her repeated cries for help (by voice actress Jane Webb) in that version are really sweet and delightful.

- Felicia gets grabbed by Tyrone, dragged away by the hand, imprisoned in a jail cail, and later locked in a wooden cage.

- This ep has no DiD for Felicia.
That's all the episodes of the French version apparently, because I read on some site that only the first 5 eps were dubbed into French, so you won't find any more in that language. However, there's a couple more episodes on Youtube in Greek or Russian:

- Ep 6 has another cage scene for Felicia, but ep 7 has no DiD for her.
And that's all the episodes that I've been able to find online so far, but maybe you guys can dig up some more. So we know the DiD content of 7 episodes in this series so far, and it has only 13 episodes, so just 6 more need to be found and checked. This would be very easy for somebody to do if you get that KTV channel because I think they're running it every day now at 5:30. So if anybody gets that channel it'd be great if you could check the remaining episodes.
By the way, the KTV channel also runs several other cartoons daily, including The Mighty Hercules at 6:00 PM every night right after Waldo Kitty at 5:30. I'll be posting about that one in the alerts section in a little while just to let people know about it.
