Proud Family: Louder And Prouder (Theme Song Takeover)

Penny Proud finally gets a full treatment in the latest Theme Song Takeover which focuses on Penny's frenemy, LaCienega! Essentially, a "Theme Song Takeover" is when a side character "takes over" the show's theme song and sings their own version of the theme. It's technically "non-canon" (at least according to Libby from The Ghost And Molly McGee in her own Theme Song Takeover), but I think Penny Proud fans will take what they can get!

In this one, LaCienega ties and gags Penny in her room so she can perform in the theme song. Honestly, the format lends itself well to these sorts of shenanigans, I'm surprised we haven't gotten one of these before (*cough*Sasha should've done this to Anne in her Takeover*cough*), but this was a fun one!

Before this l, I think the closest thing Penny got to a treatment was being briefly gagged for a second by a suction cup arrow in the original series. Recall the episode was something about no one turning up to her house party.
