Anime Sightings Old and New: Cooking Master Boy

[wc2bmalin]

This is super-minor, but I've had no little to contribute this year I'll post it anyway. In episode #46 of Cooking Master Boy, around the 17:45 point, there's a young Chinese lady tied up with rope. (She's part of a group that has been detained by a corrupt town magistrate so a lot of guys are also tied up, including one gagged and blindfolded.)
