Usually weeks pass between sightings, but lately I've stumbled over one minor scene after another. This time it's in the Kenichi OVA (not the TV series). In episode #10, around 16:45, a girl (Miu, for those familiar with the show) is lassoed and dragged behind a snowmobile.
(Note: this series has alternate titles of Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple and History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi.)
