Outbreak Company is a comedy about introducing Otaku culture to a swords-n-sorcery world - not a likely source to expect DID scenes, but there were a few:
Episode #3 around 11:15 - three girls (and one boy) have their wrists roped behind them.
Episode #4 around 7:30 - girl wrapped in chains (for no apparent reason).
Same episode around 11:30 - wolf girl with her wrists handcuffed in front.
