In episode #301 of One Piece Nico Robin has finally been released from her bindings. She was first shackled somewhere around episode #252. (The episode summaries in the Wikipedia are too brief to do more than guess.) IOW she's been in a DID situation for about 50 episodes! That's got to be a world's record!
(The particulars: She was restrained in forearm-length shackles, though near the end of this span of episodes they had mysteriously shrunk to the size of handcuffs. Originally her arms were in front, but soon they were behind her back. For the early part of this span it was actually a CID situation - though the guy in question was so incredibly ugly I did my best to ignore him.)
