Just went through it to the current chapter. There's 2 very short rope+tape gag scenes. Nothing near as much as this opening might signify, but maybe there will be some anime original stuff. I'll post those scenes in my next update(soon!™).

Ninja Slayer Episode 12 is basically just 2 Nancy bondage scenes. She's not gagged in either, but she sure as hell sounds like she is with her lewd moans. They did that in a previous episode as well. Again, I'm waiting for a version without hardsubs to come out to post anything, though.

Ya, that can be really annoying. Did the official translation do that or a scanlation group? The anime seemed fine with it, unless I missed something.(Only used -san when Mr. was used and so on.)
