Thanks to another thread I finally found out the name of the game this is from. The game is called The Detective Club on the PSP I believe.

Thanks to this reference I was able to finally figure out where it came from.

There is a second scene where another girl is found with a white otm gag. I will post that in a bit.

Edit: Here you go. Confirmed she is in the third installment of the game and the three trio are bound and gagged in the fourth.



Apparently the main heroine character and other characters on the box case get captured or kidnapped and bound and gagged in the game. I have not played this game so I have little information on it. I know it is called Tanteibu: The Detective Club - Tantei to Yuurei to Kaitou to. It is also extremely rare for a main character to be bound or even gagged in the game as I do not know many that has happened in.

Yeah I wish someone would be able to tell the context of the scene in the fourth game. I wonder how the three of them ended up bound and gagged.

Being a detective game, they probably got caught while snooping around or something. Would like to hear from those who understood and have played the game.
