At the beginning of this old point and click game of Sam and Max the heroes rescues a girl from a mad scientist at 2:06 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Cw-hCd2BmI

Yeah this one is a classic. Even without a gag.

The title of the game is Sam and Max: Hit the Road. Not to mistake the two Telltale games that came out on Wii and Xbox years ago. I wonder why they didn't release the Devil's Toybox to the home systems to finish the trilogy?

[Yami]

Not sure.

Also on the cartoon series I know on the bloody Chirstmas episode there was a scene with a bound and gagged woman. But there was a few episodes with Sam and Max's genius girl helper that gets tied up in a few episodes but can't recall what they are called

UPDATE: There is a Did with female Stinky in Sam and Max Season 2: Night of The Raving Dead, where she's tied up with lots of rope as she's held hostage by Jesse James' hand.
