A new reboot animated serie of Tom Sawer.
I have checkt most of the episodes and in episode 11 1 of the girls get tied up and gagged.
The bad guy handgag her first and when she is shown again she she gagged and got her hands tied up in front of them.

Just a quick bump: I am Italian and for some strange reason the last episode was never broadcast in Italy. Also, no second season.

A curiosity: when her friend sees her bound and gagged and asks her if she is okay, the bound blonde says (at least in the Italian dub, couldn't find other ones) something like "What do you say? Look at how I'm tied up"
